- Newcomer tier: The first 10 successful implementations use a 50 / 50 split between the delivery partner and Intellion.
- Growth tier: After 10 successful implementations, the split moves to 60 / 40 in favor of the delivery partner.
- Mature tier: After 50 successful onboardings or implementations, the split moves to 70 / 30 in favor of the delivery partner.
- Collection: Customers pay Intellion directly through approved online channels and verified invoice records.
- Release: Partner payout is considered only after payment verification, successful implementation, and approval controls are satisfied.
- Control: Complaints, refund issues, fraud suspicion, failed implementation, or finance review can place payout on hold.
- Enforcement: Partners cannot independently collect official software license payments outside the controlled platform flow.
- Represent the product accurately and avoid false claims or unsupported promises.
- Register customers under the correct ownership trail and avoid unauthorized reassignment.
- Deliver implementation, onboarding, and support responsibly where committed.

Checkout-linked accounts
Customers now move from pricing into checkout, create an account, and carry the referring freelancer or partner code into the transaction trail through shareable referral links.
Flexible settlement control
Intellion can configure different referral percentages for different partners while keeping every linked order, implementation, and payout auditable.
