Intellion Solutions respects customer privacy. Because the software is primarily licensed for use on the customer's own machine or environment, most operational business data remains under the customer's own control.

1. Information We Collect
Intellion Solutions may collect limited information needed for licensing, billing, support, and customer communication, including customer name, business name, phone number, email address, billing information, license and activation records, support requests, implementation communication, and website inquiry details.
2. Customer Business Data
As a general rule, customer business data generated inside the application is stored on the customer's own machine, server, database, or hosting environment and is not collected or hosted by Intellion Solutions unless there is a separate written service agreement for cloud hosting, backup, remote management, or similar services.
Such business data may include products, sales, purchases, stock records, customer lists, employee records, invoices, reports, tax records, and other business transactions.
Intellion Solutions does not claim ownership of customer business data.
3. How We Use Information
We use limited customer information to issue and manage software licenses, communicate with customers, provide support and updates, send invoices or payment notices, verify purchase history, improve customer service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Non-Disclosure of Client Details
Intellion Solutions does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose customer details to third parties for marketing or resale purposes.
We may disclose information only where required by law, to payment processors for transaction handling, to authorized service partners under confidentiality obligations, or with the customer's consent.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect customer contact, account, and licensing details in our possession. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Customer-Controlled Data Security
Because operational business data remains on customer-controlled systems, the customer is solely responsible for securing, backing up, maintaining, and protecting that data.
Intellion Solutions is not responsible for data loss, corruption, accidental deletion, hacking, hardware failure, backup failure, malware, local server damage, or unauthorized access occurring within the customer's own environment.
7. Retention
Intellion Solutions may retain customer contact, licensing, billing, and support records for as long as necessary for legal, accounting, operational, and customer service purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
If the website or software connects with third-party tools or services, those services may have separate privacy policies and terms. Intellion Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
9. Policy Updates
Intellion Solutions may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted with a new effective date.
