This Refund Policy applies to Intellion Solutions software licenses, activation fees, support services, implementation services, customization work, and related offerings.
1. License Sales
Software license sales are generally non-refundable once the license key has been issued, activation has been completed, software files or access have been delivered, or installation or implementation has started.
2. Services and Setup
Support fees, setup charges, customization, data migration, training, implementation, and consultation services are non-refundable once work has started or the service has been delivered.
3. Customer Environment Issues
No refund will be due where issues arise because of the customer's own machine, server, hosting, operating system, database, network, hardware, antivirus, local security settings, third-party conflicts, or failure to maintain proper backups.
4. No Refund for Data Loss
Intellion Solutions is not responsible for customer-side data loss and no refund shall be due for losses caused by accidental deletion, database corruption, hardware failure, backup failure, malware or ransomware, user negligence, unauthorized access, or local environment issues.
5. Wrong or Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate or incorrect payment occurs, the customer must notify Intellion Solutions within 7 days of the transaction. Verified payment errors may be corrected by refund or billing adjustment.
6. Special Approval
Any refund outside this policy shall be at the sole discretion of Intellion Solutions unless otherwise required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, may take 7 to 21 business days depending on the payment provider, processor, or banking channel.
