How SaaS onboarding and activation work

Stage Outcome
Registration The customer account and SaaS onboarding record are created from the selected CRM plan.
Payment Website subscriptions must complete through an online gateway before runtime provisioning starts.
Provisioning After confirmed payment, CRM provisions VendroX tenant, default branch, and first admin user automatically.
Entitlement VendroX reads active plan, limits, modules, and grace window directly from CRM runtime entitlement.

Direct CRM onboarding can still use pay-later, manual verification, or reminder-led collection, but public website SaaS signup always goes through secure gateway payment first.
