How SaaS onboarding and activation work
| Stage | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Registration | The customer account and SaaS onboarding record are created from the selected CRM plan. |
| Payment | Website subscriptions must complete through an online gateway before runtime provisioning starts. |
| Provisioning | After confirmed payment, CRM provisions VendroX tenant, default branch, and first admin user automatically. |
| Entitlement | VendroX reads active plan, limits, modules, and grace window directly from CRM runtime entitlement. |
Direct CRM onboarding can still use pay-later, manual verification, or reminder-led collection, but public website SaaS signup always goes through secure gateway payment first.
